Returns & Exchange

At Bin Saqib Fabric, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive an incorrect or defective product, you may request a return or exchange according to the following terms.

Return & Exchange Period

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after 7 days will not be accepted.

Eligibility Conditions

The product must be:

  • Unused, unwashed and unworn

  • Unstitched and uncut

  • In its original packaging

  • Returned with all tags and accessories

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Cut, stitched, washed, damaged or altered fabric cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number, clear photographs and an unboxing video.

After verification, we will arrange an exchange or suitable resolution.

Colour Disclaimer

Actual product colours may vary slightly due to lighting, photography and screen settings. Minor colour variation will not be considered a defect.

Exchange Conditions

Exchanges are subject to product and colour availability. If your preferred item is unavailable, you may select another available product of the same value.

For a change-of-mind exchange, return and replacement delivery charges will be paid by the customer.

Refunds

Refunds are available only for verified defective or incorrect products when a replacement is unavailable. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
