1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• The item must be returned with its original packaging, tags, and accessories, where applicable.

• You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.

• Fabric that has been cut, stitched, washed, altered, or otherwise modified after delivery cannot be returned.

• Items damaged due to customer use may not be accepted for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom-made or personalized products

• Fabric that has been cut or altered according to customer instructions

• Fabric that has been washed, stitched, damaged, or used

• Clearance or final-sale items, where clearly stated at the time of purchase

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

• Your order number

• A description of the problem

• Clear photos or videos showing the product and packaging

After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed according to the original payment method or another mutually agreed payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent by us.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when a return is requested because of a change of mind, incorrect product selection, or any reason not caused by an error on our part.

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product sent by us, we will determine the appropriate return-shipping arrangement.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund or another suitable solution.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.
